The future: family constellation
In the beginnings of the family constellation a client selected representatives for himself and his family members and placed them to each other spatially in relationship, as his internal picture resulted in. Here was set up the family of the present or of the origin.
Subsequently, the representatives were asked after their situation and feelings. From their answers the coordinator received suggestion, which persons have to be still added, and/or which have to be changed, until all representatives probably-felt at their place.
From this work resulted deep insights into the orders of the love, which work in families, kinships and systems.
The basic insight was that obviously all members of a family are together bound in a certain way, and thus each family member for every different one can be a destiny.
This mental field and/or this family soul is associated to the fact, that all persons are associated to a family system also to belong. However if somebody is excluded, e.g. the bad granny, „a black sheep “, a abortion child, then the person is usually represented by a later born one; those becomes often as the impossible person - has the same destiny.
The Strength which holds together this mental field and/or this family is the conscience.
Beyond the conscience leads now the form of the family constellation essentially further developed by Bert Hellinger. This new form is called also ‚activities of the soul'.
The difference to conventional family constellation is essentially a core of a activities. The activities of the soul always go to the same direction; It unites something, which before was separated; It is a activity of the love.
The work of the leader is limited to it that he constellates the client alone or together with a representative of his problem, takes back him selves, the leader beyond the conscience the separate into itself into love together-finds can and so often unforeseeable solutions be arisen.
These soul movements only go through a spiritual movement. This spiritual movement is an inventive movement and because it is inventive it is imperfect.
